I walked by Eddie's yesterday and looked at the permits on the window.  They were issued earlier this month and last for a year - so it appears something is up.  This is certainly a change from earlier in the year when they had permits that had expired posted.  There is hope that that "Grand Re-opening" might actually happen someday.
